Answer: The buntal straw hat is made of the finest fibers and hand woven as such, it is soft but retains its shape and comfortable to wear. The brim is finished with a back weave, not sewn and with no wires to hold it. 2—Can the straw hats be ordered in custom sizes? Answer: Yes, simply specify the measurements of the head in inches or centimeters, use a tape measure, place it around your head and Presto! You have the hat size for you. 3—Does the brim come in wider measurements? Answer: Yes, the brim can come in other measurements aside from the standard shown in the website. It can be done in 3 1/2 inches; 4 inches and 4 1/2 inches, however there will be a reasonable extra charge for the wider brim. 4—Is there a guaranty on the straw hat? Answer: The Far East Straw Hats Corporation guarantees, that the straw hats is 100% hand woven and that the materials used for the hatband and sweatband are of excellent quality. 5—What is the policy for obtaining a refund? The straw hat is inspected for the workmanship before it is delivered to the customer, however should there be damage during the shipment, it will be replaced within a reasonable time without any additional charge for the cost of the straw hat and shipping.
