PRIVACY POLICY
The information given by the customer to Far East Straw Hats Corporation is for the sole purpose of processing the purchase order of the merchandise and will be handled in strict confidence. In no instance or situation will it be divulged to other sources.
RETURN POLICY
If during shipping you received a damaged package, please call Far East Straw Hats LLC at 1 – 888 – 210- 1222 or 908 – 887 – 3589. An instruction for its return will be given upon your notification.
Merchandised ordered should it be returned must be at its original condition within 30 days of its receipt either for exchange or credit voucher towards a future purchase, no refunds are issued. The shipping charges to the exchange will be charged to the credit card on file, provided another manner of payment is given by the customer.
Shipping charges for return merchandise are not refundable unless the exchange or return is the result of our oversight.
Kindly return the straw hat in the original package along with the packaging materials. We suggest that you use Fedex, UPS or insured parcel post from USPS.

Domestic and International Shipping
We use for shipping Fedex, UPS and USPS for domestic and international delivery.
Federal express, UPS and USPS can be chosen for next day delivery 2 to 4 days for domestic and Canada.
International shipping rates for the above carriers may vary due to the weight and manner of delivery.
